Jimmy Gavin is a former professional basketball player and the current General Manager and Director of The Den, the official Name, Image, and Likeness (NIL) collective supporting UW-Parkside basketball.
After a standout collegiate career and a professional journey that took him across the globe, Jimmy brings a rare combination of on-court experience and strategic leadership to his role. His passion for the game, coupled with his understanding of the evolving landscape of college athletics, drives his mission to empower UW-Parkside student-athletes both on and off the court.
At The Den, Jimmy oversees operations, partnerships, and athlete engagement initiatives, working to create sustainable opportunities for players to maximize their potential through NIL. Committed to building a culture of excellence and community impact, he leverages his professional insights to mentor the next generation and strengthen the Parkside basketball program.
Jimmy’s leadership reflects his core belief: success in sports - and in life - is about developing competitive character to win on the court and beyond.

Omair Ahmed is a Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Goldfinch Capital Partners - he is known for combining strategic leadership with a deep passion for community impact. Prior to founding Goldfinch, Omair served as Chief Operating Officer and member of the Board of Directors at Nexus Pharmaceuticals, LLC. Under his leadership, Nexus successfully divested its state-of-the-art pharmaceutical manufacturing facility in 2024. Committed to giving back, Omair dedicates his time and resources to community programs focused on education, empowerment, and access to opportunity. He currently sits on the Board of Directors of the University of Wisconsin – Parkside Foundation.

Aman began his career at Nexus Pharmaceuticals, LLC in 2017, where he was paramount in the strategic expansion of the Pleasant Prairie manufacturing facility and subsequent divestiture to Eli Lilly. With a career spanning nearly a decade, he has earned a reputation for driving innovation, fostering inclusive teams, and delivering exceptional results. Currently a founder at Goldfinch Capital Partners, his investment interests span healthcare, sustainability, and entertainment.
